Jugendschutz protects minors: 18+ content is banned until adulthood, alcohol/cigarettes until 18, work from 13 only light, clubs until 16 only with a "mum note". Media: youth protection rates games/films (FSK/USK ratings). Social media: TikTok/Instagram at 13 by rules, but parents decide. Cyberbullying is criminal, schools must react.
- ●USK/FSK rating: 0/6/12/16/18 — selling below is banned
- ●Screen time: not "how much" but "what" — shared rules work
- ●Cyberbullying: screenshots, evidence, school and if needed police
📱 The "Mutti-Zettel" is the German cult phenomenon: mum’s permission note for the club until 16, listing where and with whom. Legendary — and it works.
