The famous myth: "no limit on the autobahn". The truth: the recommended speed is 130 km/h, and only on ~70% of the network. Where signs stand, the limit applies. Main rules: overtake only on the left, distance = half your speed (130 km/h → 65 m), phone in hand — €100 + 1 point, winter tyres are mandatory in snow/ice. The fine catalogue: 20 km/h over — ~€60, 30+ — points, 40+ in town — licence suspension.
