Within Stripe, Product Sales proudly serves as a critical source of user feedback and market intelligence, with direct influence on Stripe’s product roadmap and growth strategy.&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <p>As an Account Executive, Treasury &amp; Issuing for Platforms, you will use your sales and product expertise to help drive growth of Stripe’s Issuing &amp; Treasury products across a range of Start-ups, FinTechs, Marketplaces and Platforms. You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and other GTM teams to develop deep product and industry knowledge and drive complex deals. You will be instrumental in leading in depth product discussions with existing and prospective customers – and building and executing against our go to market strategy.</p> <p>You are an adept sales professional, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of the organization. You are used to building value in competitive situations and enjoy working on products that require deep product understanding, combined with technical knowledge. You’re as comfortable working with clients as with internal stakeholders. You’re excited to become an expert and to share your knowledge. You’re an organized self-starter, an excellent communicator who is analytical and has a track record for improving the processes and organizations around you.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Accountable for driving revenue, increasing attach rates, and new client acquisition for a wide range of customers including Start-ups, FinTechs, Marketplaces and Platforms</li> <li>Create your territory plan and lead outbound outreach efforts to develop a robust, qualified pipeline</li> <li>Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with existing and prospective customers</li> <li>Deeply understand the sales process and competitors for Stripe Issuing &amp; Treasury and serve as both an internal and customer-facing expert in these product areas</li> <li>Engage with Product and Engineering teams to synthesize and relay customer feedback and our findings to inform Stripe’s product roadmap</li> <li>Contribute to the development of go-to-market playbooks alongside product, marketing, sales, and technical services stakeholders</li> <li>Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to help shape Stripe’s products and solutions to meet customer needs</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who you are</strong></h2> <p>We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The desirable qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.</p> <h3><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>7+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology, issuing or payments company, selling complex multi-party solutions and closing deals with a track record of top performance</li> <li>You are naturally analytical and enjoy digging into business models and helping customers quantify their business case</li> <li>Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders</li> <li>Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with cross-functional business partners</li> <li>A self motivated go-getter, capable of operating independently to drive meaningful business results</li> <li>Enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves” mentality</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple stakeholders</li> <li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment and changing requirements</li> <li>Fastidious approach to CRM hygiene and experience utilizing thorough sales forecasting metrics on a weekly/quarterly basis and communicating them in a succinct manner</li> <li>A Team player with a sense of humour is welcomed!&nbsp;</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Desirable Qualifications</strong></h3> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience specifically selling Issuing / Banking solutions</li> <li>French and / or German Speaker</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
