Tiles and floors: layout, adhesive, grout

Tiles are for bath, kitchen, floor. Layout is half the job: start from the centre or visible corner, the cut hides in the shadow. Adhesive: flexible thin-bed (for underfloor heating), notched trowel (6 mm wall, 8–10 mm floor). 2–3 mm spacers keep joints even. Grout after ~24 hours, epoxy in the bath — water stays out. Sanitary silicone for corners and edges.
