Order saves: 1) SHOUT/wake everyone loudly. 2) GET OUT — crawl under smoke, close doors behind you. 3) CALL 112 — give address, what’s burning, if people are inside. 4) DON’T GO BACK. Door hot = don’t open: go to balcony/window, shout, hang cloth. Lift = trap: smoke gathers in the shaft, power may fail. Note: fire spreads 8× faster than you run downstairs.

●112 = EU emergency: the operator speaks German and English
●Candles and fairy lights = top home causes: never unattended
●Smoke in the stairwell: stay inside with closed door — safer than running into smoke
