Since 2024 the e-prescription is standard: the doctor writes it digitally, you get a QR code in the app (eRezept-App by Gematik) or on paper. The pharmacy scans — you have your med. Advantages: can’t be lost, app reminds of deadline, send from home. Drawbacks: needs eGK + app + signup.

- ●Paper+QR still works: without the app just ask for printout
📱 The eRezept app shows which nearby pharmacy has your med in stock — saves the “do you have it” trip. Saves life-hours.
