✅ Lecție parcursă
German lawyers study differently: no bachelor — 9 semesters to the first Staatsexamen, then 2 years of Referendariat (practice at court, prosecution, law firm — with ~1,500 € salary) and the second Staatsexamen. Only then can one judge and practice law. Jura is a language: reading Gesetz and BGB like code, finding case solutions in the norms.
- ●Base: BGB (civil), StGB (criminal), VwGO (administrative)
- ●High dropout: many switch to LL.B./business law
- ●Judges and prosecutors are Beamte: stability, pension, status
📜 The second Staatsexamen is considered one of the country\u2019s hardest exams — one in five fails.
