Clear rules protect fair listings, respectful communication and the safety of all users.
Act fairly together
These short rules apply to listings, profiles, images, messages, comments and other content on Kapnula. The detailed Terms of Use apply in addition.
Describe truthfully and verifiably
Describe the offer, price, condition, location and limitations correctly. Use genuine photos or mark sample images. No bait offers, false brand claims or invented features.
Communicate respectfully
Insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, discrimination and publishing private communication without authorization are not permitted. Disagreements must be resolved factually.
Only lawful offers
Only offer goods, services, real estate or employment opportunities that you are legally entitled to offer. Prohibited items, fraud, counterfeits, phishing, malware and unlawful content will be removed.
No spam and no manipulation
No misleading duplicate listings, automated mass messages, keyword lists, chain messages, third-party advertising links or attempts to manipulate search results and ratings.
Respect privacy and rights
Do not publish passwords, identity documents, full private addresses or unnecessary sensitive data. Only use images and texts for which you hold the required rights. Third-party data may only be published with a legal basis.
Do not bypass security
No circumvention of bans, technical protection measures or reporting functions. Do not request passwords, TANs or banking credentials. Kapnula does not operate its own payment, courier or escrow service.
Respect moderation decisions
Kapnula may review flagged content, label it, limit its visibility or remove it, and may temporarily or permanently restrict account functions. Measures are taken proportionately where possible. A decision can be appealed via the contact form.
Report a problem
Report unlawful, fraudulent or rule-breaking content via the report function or the contact form. State the exact URL, the reason and suitable evidence. In case of acute danger or suspected crime, also contact the competent authorities.
