The Apotheke is not a shop: only here do you get medicine (even plain aspirin gum!). The doctor issues an e-Rezept — a digital code in an app or a QR slip. Scan it at the pharmacy — and collect the pack. Over-the-counter means only "pharmacy-only" items: paracetamol, low-dose ibuprofen. Night service Notdienst works 24/7 on rotation.
