Person unconscious but BREATHING → roll them onto the side, or tongue/vomit blocks the airway — the main cause of “he just slept” deaths. Steps: 1) kneel beside. 2) Near arm at 90° under the head. 3) Bend far knee, far hand back-of-hand to near cheek. 4) Roll them toward you by the knee. 5) Top leg bent like a “rider”. 6) Tilt head back — airway free. Check breathing every 30 s.

- ●Pregnant → only left side (venous pressure)
- ●Cover with a blanket: hypothermia kills without injury
🛌 German rule “don’t lift, lay”: roll the unconscious onto the side and wait for medics — no head-lifting. Tilted head on the side = air flows, vomit drains.
