The first job without a degree is real: German firms look at code, not paper. The portfolio is 3 GitHub projects: a website, an automation script, a mini app. Each with a README — "what is this, how to run". LinkedIn + Xing in German. Junior salary in Germany: €45–60k — growing with every year of experience.
- ●GitHub is the CV: 3 projects beat "10 years experience" without code
- ●README as a shop window: screenshots + "how to run" = professionalism
- ●Ausbildung Fachinformatiker is the alternative: degree + salary from day 1
💼 Germany lacks ~130,000 IT workers. The market is yours: learn, build, show — they will hire you.
