Minimum that saves: fever med (Ibuprofen + Paracetamol — different mechanisms), charcoal/Smecta (food), electrolytes (diarrhea), antihistamine (allergy/sting), various plasters, sterile gauze, thermometer, scissors, tweezers. For kids — pediatric forms (syrup/suppository), not “half an adult”. Store: dry, dark, 15–25 °C, childproof. Check expiry yearly — 30% of home kits are >5 years old.
- ●Kids’ meds NOT “half an adult” — dose by weight
- ●List on the cabinet door: what’s where — useful in the dark
- ●Antibiotics without Rx = violation: don’t hoard leftovers
🏠 Pharmacies sell ready Hausapotheke kits for ~€15–25 — faster and cheaper than piecemeal. The pharmacist adapts to your profile (kids, chronic).
