1 Hähnchenbrust 2 Karotten 1 Zwiebel 2 Kartoffeln 100 g Nudeln oder Reis Saft von 1 Zitrone oder Borschtsch-Sud Liebstöckel, Petersilie Salz, Pfeffer
👨🍳 Preparation
Hähnchen in 2 l Wasser 30 Min. kochen, Schaum abschöpfen. Kartoffeln und Karotten würfeln, dazugeben. Zwiebel fein hacken, einwerfen. Nach 15 Min. Nudeln dazu. Mit Zitronensaft ansäuern, Kräuter rein, 5 Min. ziehen lassen.
