✅ Lesson done
The roofer is one of the most dangerous and respected trades. The roof: tiles (~50 years), sheet metal (light), bitumen (flat). The underlay drains water. The facade: ETICS/WDVS (external insulation ~150 mm EPS/mineral wool plus render), clinker brick, render. The vapour barrier is the mould enemy: "breathing" layers.
- ●ETICS saves ~30% heating — pays off in ~8–10 years
- ●On the roof: 3 points of contact, fall protection mandatory
- ●The facade is the face: monument protection bans "any colour" in old areas
🏠 The GEG building energy law: facades from 2024 must be nearly "passive" — otherwise the CO₂ tax hits.
