✅ Lesson done
Instruments group into families by sound principle: strings (string vibrates — violin, guitar), winds (air — flute, trumpet), keyboards (hammers and keys — piano, organ), percussion (we strike — drum, xylophone), electronic (synthesizer — sound from electricity). In an orchestra ~90 musicians follow the conductor.
- ●The violin is the orchestra queen: 4 strings, bow
- ●The piano has 88 keys: 52 white + 36 black
- ●The synthesizer has no strings: the processor paints sound
🎹 Accordion and harmonica were invented in Germany (Hohner), and Steinway is a German-American piano legend.
