Gyms are a business with 6 million members. The chains: McFit, FitStar, John Reed (younger crowd), Premium (pool+sauna). Prices ~€20–35/month basic, €40–60 premium. The main trap is auto-renewal: contract 12–24 months, cancel 1–3 months ahead in writing (registered mail!). Etiquette: a towel on the machine is mandatory, phone/photos in the gym often banned, re-rack your weights.

●Read the contract: a trial month is often a "disguised year contract"
●Cancellation only in writing — email does not count at most
●Peak hours 5–8pm — come morning or midday, the machines are free

🏋 "Probetraining" is free everywhere — use it as a free month: 4 weeks across different chains = a month of sport for free.
