Probation period: surviving the test phase

Probation lasts up to 6 months: dismissal without reason possible, notice only 2 weeks. Note: dismissal protection applies only after 6 months — if not in the contract. Survival rules: never late, ask "was kann ich noch tun?", pin tasks in email. Paid as normal. Sick during probation is legal but hurts the image.
