✅ Ders tamam
Burn: cold running water 10–20 min — immediately, before removing bandage/clothing (stuck items stay!). No oils, toothpaste, potatoes — only water and sterile gauze on top. Degrees: 1° red and painful (mild), 2° blisters (don’t pop!), 3° white/charred and PAINLESS (worst — nerves burned). >5% body (palm ≈ 1%) or face/hands/groin → 112. Frostbite: warm gradually, NO snow rubbing, NO hot water.
- ●Chemical burn: water over 20 min, brush off powders first
- ●Don’t pop the blister — that’s nature’s sterile dressing
- ●Sunburn: cool + water + pharmacy remedy, avoid sun
🔥 The “put oil on it” myth turns 1° burns into 2–3°: oil traps heat and carries germs. Water conducts heat out of tissue — the only first aid that truly changes the outcome.
