✅ Lesson done
The Hausarzt is your GP — the main navigator: knows your history, refers you to specialists (Überweisung). You can go without referral too, but waits are longer. Sprechstunde are consultation hours — by phone or online (jameda). Acute patients are seen in the morning without appointment. German doctors almost always use the formal "Sie" — even for young patients.
- ●Book: jameda, Doctolib, clinic website or call (German!)
- ●Specialists take: dentist 1–4 weeks, dermatologist 2–6, psychotherapist months
- ●The referral slip is valid one quarter — do not lose it
👨⚕️ The doctor asks: "Wo tut es weh?" — where does it hurt. Learn body parts: Kopf, Bauch, Rücken, Hals — it saves you at reception.
