The information space is a battlefield. Tricks: emotional headlines, “everyone says”, cherry-picking, fake experts, deepfakes. Check: SOURCE (linkable?), DATE (old = not current), CONTEXT (photo from another event?), MULTI-SIDEDNESS (1 source ≠ truth). German fact-checkers: Correctiv, BR24 Faktenfuchs, dpa-Faktencheck. Press freedom is protected — and so is responsibility.
