Consumer law: returns, warranties, cancellation

The buyer is strongly protected in Germany. The Widerrufsrecht gives 14 days to return online purchases without reason (one click — two weeks to reconsider). Gewährleistung is a legal 2-year warranty: phone breaks — the seller must repair/replace, not some "service centre". B2C vs B2C: in-store returns are goodwill, online is law. Price binding means no price rise after ordering.
