800 g Kartoffeln 2 Karotten 1 Stange Lauch 1 Selleriestück 1 Zwiebel 1,2 l Brühe 100 ml Sahne oder Milch Majoran, Muskat 4 Wienerle (optional)
👨🍳 Préparation
Gemüse würfeln, Zwiebel anschwitzen. Alles in Brühe 20 Min. weich kochen. Hälfte pürieren, Sahne dazu. Mit Majoran und Muskat würzen. Wienerle in Scheiben einlegen.
