Person down, unresponsive, not breathing normally → cardiac arrest. Every minute without compressions = −10% chance. Act: 1) shout “are you okay?” — no response. 2) get help, say “call 112, bring the AED”. 3) hand on hand at chest center, shoulders over hands, arms straight. 4) press 5–6 cm DEEP, 100–120/min TEMPO — to “Stayin’ Alive”. 5) DON’T STOP until the ambulance arrives. A broken rib is fine, a stopped heart is not.

❤️ In Germany ~10% survive out-of-hospital cardiac arrest — where CPR started immediately, 30–40%. The first minute decides, and it’s a bystander who decides, not a doctor.
