OFFICIAL (офіційно-діловий: „відповідно до“, „прохання“, „повідомляємо“). Style choice = respect and context. In letters only literary/official, in chats colloquial.

💬 „Вибачте за турбування“ is official, but better „перепрошую за незручності“. Ukrainian business style prefers „перепрошую“ over Russian „извините“.
