Three registers: COLLOQUIAL („давай“, „треба“, „купив“ — shortcuts, slang). LITERARY (precise terms, full forms: „придбати“, „отримати“). OFFICIAL (офіційно-діловий: „відповідно до“, „прохання“, „повідомляємо“). Style choice = respect and context. In letters only literary/official, in chats colloquial.

●Small „ви“ in letters — except official

💬 „Вибачте за турбування“ is official, but better „перепрошую за незручності“. Ukrainian business style prefers „перепрошую“ over Russian „извините“.
